4. Order Preparation and Logistics Recommendations
Shipping carriers calculate charges based on the volume or weight of products. If your order includes items with large volume such as bags, hair bands, cups, etc., we recommend placing separate orders. For large-volume products, consider using sea freight and ordering in advance, while for small-volume items like accessories, expedited shipping like DHL can be used for quicker replenishment. This practice can be cost-effective and beneficial for your business. Additionally, for larger orders or orders with a wide variety of items, an additional 2-3 days of preparation time is required to ensure thorough and accurate fulfillment, helping to minimize the chances of stock-outs or missed items, and ensuring a smooth transaction.

6. From Which Warehouse?
Our warehouse is located in Hangzhou, China
A shipping information email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The email will tell you of the shipping carrier, tracking number and the time the package was shipped out.
Please notice national weekends and holidays may delay these procedures.
7. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru, Guatemala, Spain, United Kingdom, and Chile.
8. Import Duty And Tax
All our product prices currently include tariff . You don't need to pay the customs tax.
9. About pre-sale products
a. We typically ship in-stock and pre-sale products together. If customers wish to receive part of their order earlier, they should contact customer service to arrange for separate shipments.
b. The first shipment will be made according to the shipping method chosen by the customer. For split shipments, the second delivery will default to standard air freight.
c. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to split shipments will be borne by us.
10. Address Changes And Order Cancellations
Before shipping
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled with 3 hours of purchase. Please contact us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 3 hours, 30% of the cancellation will be charged since the goods preparation starts.
Change of Address: Please contact us to modify the address for free.
After shipping
We do not support cancellation of orders after shipping. Customers can return the goods when they receive them, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. After we have received the returned goods and check them, we will refund the amount of the ordered product. For details, see Return & Refund Policy.
Change of Address: Normally, we will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the shipping carrier to change it for you, but we cannot promise you that the change will be successful. If the address can be changed, the shipping carrier will incur additional costs, which will be borne by the customer.
11. What Is Backorder?
Backorder is any item that is temporarily out of stock. Products can usually be shipped within 2-5 days. However, if we are unable to ship your order within this time, we will email you of any delays and make our best estimate of when the item will be ready to ship.
